The LOA

(Letter of authority)

In order for Callable to import telephone numbers from an different service provider, we are required by industry regulations to obtain sufficient permission from the end user in the form of a letter of authority (LOA).

This documentation is called a 'GNP Letter of Authority'.

This documentation must state all telephone numbers that are required to be imported along with details of the current service provider, user/company name and address of where the numbers are to be registered to once ported.

This document MUST be signed by an authorised person within the company (end user) on the end users official letterhead paper.

Once you have a signed LOA, we can proceed with creating a Port Request..

  1. In the Flow view, click on the blue square next to the Numbers header.

  2. This will open a number management drawer on the left hand side of the screen .Click on the Port tab
